When someone doesn’t have control of their tongue, everyone around them knows it. It’s obvious. In this episode we consider an aspect of speech control that is often overlooked or downplayed and that is the issue of being an idle babbler. There are many warnings in Scripture away from being guilty of this. It is one of those petty sins that can often seem innocuous. Turns out, it is one of those sins that God hates and we often ignore.
